Multilingual Customer Care Specialist

You are the first person our applicants speak to. You answer their questions by phone, WhatsApp and email, explain our services and prices, and help them prepare a complete application, always making clear that the consular officer alone decides on a visa.
What you will do
- Answer applicants by phone, WhatsApp and email in their language
- Explain VISADOX services, packages and prices, and the official visa fee
- Help applicants gather their documents and check DS-160 details before they submit
- Book and welcome visits at our office in Astoria İş Merkezi
- Follow up on open cases and keep records accurate and up to date
- Pass complex questions to our visa consultants
What we look for
- Fluent Turkish, spoken and written
- At least one more language at a professional level, such as English, Arabic, Persian, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese or Romanian
- The right to work in Türkiye: Turkish citizenship, or a valid residence and work permit
- Living in Istanbul, or ready to move, and able to work at our Şişli office
- A calm, friendly and precise way of working with people under time pressure
- Confident use of email, messaging apps and office software
Helpful, not required
- Experience in customer service, a call centre, travel or consular services
- Knowledge of US visa categories and the DS-160 form
