VISADOX Technologies SRL (“VISADOX”):

- Does not provide legal advisory services.
VISADOX provides only administrative and procedural support services, which may include:

- Application completeness and consistency checks
- Process coordination and appointment support
- Customer service and status updates
VISADOX:
- Does not give legal opinions,
- Does not provide representation before the competent authorities,
- Does not guarantee any application outcome, approval rate or processing time.
Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client or similar advisory relationship.
4. User Responsibility and Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide
- Checking application documents before submission
- Compliance with official requirements
The VISADOX review is limited to formal completeness, spelling and internal consistency.
VISADOX is not responsible for errors caused by the user.
5. No Affiliation with Official Institutions
VISADOX is not affiliated with any government authority, embassy, consulate or visa authority.
All decisions concerning visas and travel documents are solely at the discretion of the competent authorities.
6. Electronic Communications and Signatures
You are deemed to have agreed that all notices may be given electronically.
Where necessary, you authorise VISADOX to:

- Provide documents electronically
You will thereby have granted this authorisation.
You may withdraw your consent via info@VISADOX.com. This may lead to the suspension of the services.

8. Fees, Payments and Official Charges

- Are separate from the service fees
- Are non-refundable once paid
Where necessary, you authorise the collection of these fees.
If payment fails, the service may be suspended.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are assessed solely under the Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Refund Policy prevails.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, for:

VISADOX cannot be held liable.
Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.

12. Force Majeure
Circumstances beyond control, such as:

- Epidemics

- War / terrorism
- Technical failures
do not give rise to liability.
Where such circumstances last longer than 60 days, the service may be terminated.
13. Right to Refuse / Terminate Service
VISADOX may stop the service in the following cases:
- Incomplete / incorrect information
- Legal risk
- The service becoming unsustainable
14. Reviews and Feedback
Content you submit may be used for service improvement and marketing purposes without disclosing your identity.

is processed within the scope of the above.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
The competent courts are in Romania (mandatory consumer protection provisions are reserved).
