ESTA fee adjustment took effect on 16 October

The Federal Register notice dated 1 October sets the FY 2027 ESTA authorization fee at USD 40.62, with collection beginning on 16 October 2026. It lists USD 10.62 when an application is denied.
This concerns ESTA, not the B1/B2 visa application fee or a VISADOX package. Check eligibility and the amount displayed on the official ESTA website before paying.
