  • Call recordings (for quality, security and dispute resolution purposes)
  • Office security camera recordings

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Providing administrative and procedural support services relating to visa and travel applications
  • Carrying out and coordinating application preparation processes
  • Managing customer support and communication processes
  • Carrying out appointment and information procedures
  • Carrying out finance and accounting processes
  • Fulfilling legal obligations
  • Ensuring information security and preventing fraud
  • Improving service quality and developing operational processes

VISADOX does not provide legal advisory services and has no authority over application outcomes.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

  • Third-party service providers we use (IT, hosting, payment services, etc.)
  • Competent public authorities and institutions (where legally required)
  • Consulates and relevant authorities within the scope of official application processes
  • Legal, financial and audit advisers (under confidentiality obligations)

Transfers of data abroad are carried out with technical and administrative security measures in accordance with the KVKK and the GDPR.

5. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data:

  • Email, telephone and digital communication channels
  • Applications made in person at our offices
  • Cookies and technical system records

Pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the following legal bases:

  • It is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
  • It is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations
  • Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller
  • You have given your explicit consent (where required)

6. Your Rights under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed
  • Request information about the processing if it has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
  • Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Turkey or abroad
  • Request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurately processed data
  • Request the erasure or destruction of the data in accordance with the KVKK
  • Request that the actions carried out be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
  • Object to a result arising to your detriment through analysis exclusively by automated systems
  • Request compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

Your applications will be assessed and concluded within the time limits provided for in the legislation.
